I recently discovered this. I colour my hair with a permanent dye from Holland and Barratt every 4 or 5 weeks. After an operation in January I didn't want to get hair dye on my skin too soon (I do this in the shower) but my hair was showing signs of needing a colour.. I was telling one of my daughters this. She told me that she and her sister use this product on the roots between colourings. I tried it, in brown and it works well! It is sprayed on and stays on until the next wash, after which you reapply. I will continue to use this product as it will increase the number of weeks between colourings. It comes in various shades.

I think the price is around £8 but I bought mine in Wilko for £6.

It sounds very good Gems I am a gluten for all new hair products always have been and something that will save me a couple of weeks extra during regrowth would be super even if I did have to re-apply every time I washed the mop,I as you know have very long waist length hair and it takes me nearly 3 hours to do the colouring and drying process ,mind you the re-growth is tending to be a wee bit more on the silvery side lately so roots are not as obvious if I wear it in a low bun or pony-tail I shall definatley try it out whilst its on offer.
