    Your Comments Please Ladies.

I have bought a few new dresses for the wedding in June,I did have in mind the black & white geometric maxi dress for the actual ceremony but am having reservations as everyone has commented that "you always wear black & white " I have bought two dresses this past week and love the beige one which will team well with my gold blingy shoes the maxi dress will also go well with the shoes but they would be unseen due to the length of the dress, comments welcomed ladies

I like the beige one Glamma. I think the frill gathering makes it look very weddingy.

But, at the end of the day, it's your choice.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Hmmm, I like them both! It it were me, I would go for the maxi dress as I hide my legs. If your legs are Ok, I think I would go for the beige with your gold shoes!

I have to add though, if you want to wear the black and white one, b****r what anyone else says

I like the black one. It has nice colours in it too.. Maxi dress will look very smart. But your choice, whatever you feel most comfortable in. xx

I'd find it hard to choose, too, Glamm - they're both lovely dresses. Looking at it another way - isn't the wedding in Las Vegas? It will be very, very hot there, and might be chilly indoors because they seem to have their air con on max. You might actually be cooler in the longer dress, but it also depends on what the fabric is. You could pack both and decide when you get there!

I too think the beige dress is more "weddingy" but personally,if it were me I would choose the maxi because the beige one wouldn't suit my skin tone and I would look washed out. I think if both dresses suit your colouring the beige one is more"dressy".You could the wear the maxi on another smart occasion .Of course, only my opinion.

I would also choose the maxi dress , as God decided to put my legs on upside down , a long dress hides a multitude of sins for me.
You could wear it with a plain bolero jacket if you thought it might get cold in the evening.
As for worrying about what everyone else says about your choice of colours you wear don't even give it one single thought. You know what suits you, you know what makes you feel comfortable, you know what you like. But most importantly, you are paying for it , so what you want, you have and enjoy the wedding.

I like the beige one best, more dressy. I agree with the others you should wear what you feel comfortable in and if it is black and white so be it.

I think that they would all be suitable, but personally I like the black one with the mixture of colours . I'm sure whatever one you select you will have a great time and look beautiful.

Sorry Glam but I don't have any fashion sense. Hope you enjoy your day whatever you choose.
