Gem - there seem to be a lot more blondes of mature years around than 30 year old blondes, and I think a lot of women in our age groups were dark when younger, but cover the grey with blonde.

Your dark hair suits you though.

There is no such thing as grey hair. It’s just silver highlights. xx

Sunshine - I like that. But I must be so highlighted I'm floating.

Me too Daisy. I still have ‘common mouse’ as my real colour now, smattered with grey so I have very highlighted hair.DD2 was bemoaning her grey hairs but she is a clone of my Ma in law who had white hair when I met her. Any colour looks great with a good cut though.

Grauntie - it's many years since I was common mouse. My hair has been white for at least 20 years! The bad bit is when the wrinkles on the face catch up with the hair colour! LOL

Qwerty - my regular hairdresser was fine, but I think (hope) this new one will be better. I like to wash my hair every day so going to the hairdressers once a week wouldn't do much good for me.

Daisy your hair is a beautiful platinum colour. Most people will be very envious and pay a fortune to replicate the colour.

Aww, thank you Sunshine. I am happy with the colour, but i'm useless at styling it!
