We always buy our milk from the supermarket or local shop if we are getting a bit low on milk.
For the past month or so, the foil covers under the bottle top have been terrible to remove.
It never comes off all in one go. and if you don't get it all off, it doesn't seem to pour properly.

Nanto, yes, we have a milk delivery - glass bottles, but I noticed when we were away recently and buying supermarket milk it was almost impossible to get that foil cover off. I thought it was just that one dairy, but it seems not.

Those foil tops are difficult to get off on all sorts of products though. I'm currently using a bottle of face toner where I gave up on the foil cap and punched a hole through with scissors.

I do the same with the milk stab a hole in and peel it off that way ,
It's the same with toothpaste ,
I can never get the foil lid off under the cap,

And don't get me started on peel and seal cooked meat packs they are a nightmare to open.

I have never found one that reseals , you might get a little on a corner if you are lucky and that's it .

Packaging in general drives me wild. Everything from paracetamol to so-called peel and seal products, and things like bleach where you need to squeeze the lid, press it down and turn it all at the same time. It's all very well and good making dangerous products child proof, but when nobody can open them it's a bit silly. Has anyone every found a blister pack they can open without physical injury and a lot of rude words?

I find packaging in general a nightmare to open these days! I’ve got a marvellous tool from Lakeland which does help especially when opening ring pull cans.
I get my dishwasher tablets from Smol and I have yet to open one of their boxes successfully even following the instructions!
I don’t have a problem with blister packs though Daisy!

Daisy, I just push the tablets from the plastic side and they come out quite easily through the foil!

Some I can like WG push from the tablet side ,
But the ones for my tremors have a sort of thick silver foil over ,
These tablets are for people that can't hold things well and Parkinson sufferers ,
How the heck are we supposed to open without the aid of a sharp object,

I have seen the child proof tablet bottles you can apparently pop the lid without the fuss but you have to have the strength to do it.

All bleach and toilet cleaner tops B opens for me as soon as I buy them then just leaves them slightly open ,

I have resorted to using Bs mini drill and just drilling a hole in the top of bleach when he has been out and I can't open it

Same with bottled water , some lids I am convinced are welded on .
We called into the hospital shop when MIL was in and B went to the loo ,
Couldn't get the top off,
A security guard was standing so I gave him a bit of tissue and the bottle to open for me ,
Even he struggled ,
He said that's ridiculous, I said I know if you are struggling how is a woman supposed to do it.
Oh and if you do manage it's so full when your squeezing it to open the top it squirts all over you .

The only blister packs I have problems with are some brands of paracetamol.
I agree about the water. The bottles are so flimsy it's impossible to get a grip, then if you do manage to open it you are drenched.
We tend to take our own insulated water bottles of cold water with us, but sometimes you do have to buy the plastic bottles of water.

Gem, the blister pack I have a real hate relationship with is the replacement heads for an electric toothbrush. They defy any normal human efforts, and I end up using scissors to cut the brush out.
