    Rude customers.

I'm afraid I have been on the war path.
We have just been to B&Q
Getting served at the card till , next to it is a cash only one ,
    Clearly stated.
Anyway this middle aged man came next to us and the young girl manning the till said sorry this is cash only ,
Well he had a right strop ,
He demanded she apologised for wasting his time having to go to another till , bare in mind it would have taken 30 seconds ,
Then he demanded she moved the trolley for him.
I wasn't having it , I told him how rude he was and there was no need for him having a tantrum over moving less than a foot as the card machine was right next to him , we had just finished our transaction so it was free,
    He then demanded her supervisor,
Well I stepped in again and went and found her myself and told her how rude he was being ,

After I had a go at him he tried to backtrack but I wasn't having it , he got told what I thought of him.

Would he have liked some middle aged man talking to his granddaughter like that ,
I was furious, there is just no need for that kind of behaviour,
This young girl was no more than 18 she didn't know what to do and teared up ,
Well I went into protective granny mode.

B said there was no need for him to intervene as I was scary enough 🤣

Oma, that reminds me of the Shakespeare quote (from a Midsummer Night's Dream ) 'Though she be but little she is fierce'

Good for you, there is no excuse for such nasty rude behaviour.

No excuse at all Gem especially from a grown man towards a young girl.
