    A run of problems.

My poor DD&SIL since January they have had one problem after the other,

Firstly they had that horrible flood in the bathroom

Then their Smeg fridge freezer gave up and they lost a lot of freezer food ,

    Then her dish washer broke,
    Plus her hoover,

Then Storms leg and then his other one

Last week the tumble dryer gave up the ghost,
And now her big 4 oven range only has one oven working,

She said this morning there isn't anything else can go wrong surely πŸ™„

Sending lots of positive thoughts for them Oma that this is the end of their run of bad luck.
That is an awful lot of things to contend with.

Oma, life has a way of piling on the problems sometimes. Your DD and SIL must be totally fed up with all those machines ganging up on them like that, plus Storm, poor dog.

Let's hope that is it now. The first quarter of the year is almost over so I hope the rest of the year will be trouble-free for them. xxx

Ona, they say the problems come in three's, this must be double for them.

            I know Lizzie,
But it's often the case one thing goes then it's a domino effect isn't it.

It sounds strange saying the first quarter off the year is almost over already doesn't it .

Talk about rain it never pours. Hope thats the end of their bad luck.

A few years ago we had a week when the washer, fridge and tv al decided they had had enough,

Just rang DD she said the kettle was making a funny sound this afternoon but she shouted at it and gave it a good sound talking too and it stopped making the sound 🀣

Li have told her I have one in the loft if it does go.

Nanto, it was very inconsiderate of all those machines to go wrong in the same week. They could have at least waited until you had replaced the first one before the next broke.

Oma, the kettle knows when it's well off in your DD's home.

Morning Ladies, apologies for the radio silence over recent months, but as the post says one thing after another, from building issues on our garage conversion , new grandaughter who is absolutely amazing I must add, to health issues of my own, and carrying on working full time.

Then this morning my lifeline aka the Washing Machine has now decided to pour water out . I surrender

Oh Nannie d'Ange, what a lot happening all at once. Your new grand daughter is utterly gorgeous, and I love seeing her photos on your FB page. I hope the garage conversion problems are sorted out now, as well as your health problems. You are a very busy lady with work and your lovely family.

It must be the week for washing machines to be a pain - the door fell off my GS2's machine at the week-end! It's surprising how much you miss having a machine even if it's just for a few days. Can yours be fixed or have you got to replace it?
