    Farmfoods.

I don't know if any of you buy Ambrosia rice pudding and custard.
From tomorrow in Farmfoods they are 49p a tin.
I pay 95p a tin for Asda custard.
The offer is for 7 days or until stock lasts.
We are going to call in tomorrow on our way home from town and stock up.

Thank you Nan2. we do buy these, especially the custard. It's about £1.50 a tin I think nowadays, we always stock up when they have a Two tins for £2 deal.
    I must get to Farmfoods!

Nanto, they sound like a genuine bargain.

When DS1 used to visit my mother in the UK she would stock up on Ambrosia creamed rice for him!!

We have a good supermarket in the village that have very good offers on, starting on a Wednesday, we get folders each week from each shop or supermarket with all the offers. I will have to check again to see what is on offer tomorrow. German smoked sausage was on offer last week, it was sold out in no-time!

Just had a look, Starbucks coffee cups to start with.

We haven't got a local FarmFoods, but tonight we were talking about how much cheaper Aldi and Lidl are for basic things like baked beans compared with the other supermarkets.
