Morning Ladies, today marks the 1st anniversary of my darling Glamma Nanna , letting go and joining her beloved John my wonderful Dad with all the Angels . Mum absolutely loved sharing her news and thoughts with you all, her highs and lows, she would make me chuckle when she would talk about some of the posts she would make here

Mum was so very lucky and grateful for all the love and support she was given when Dad was so quickly taken from us all. I remember the day Mum told my OH that she was going to meet you all in Birmingham for a few days, to enjoy all your company , laughter and finally meet in person, she was so excited, even more so when OH said we would chauffeur her , Queen Bee turning up like a Wag in the back of our Range Rover 🤣, royalty from the Wirral don't you know wot wot 🤣.

Would be lovely to read a few memories you have of Glamma Nanna. I know she is missed by many, very much missed by myself, my youngest brother Benn, my children and all her dear friends.

So a sad day, but would love it to be a joyous day with love , laughter and memories

    xxx ❤️❤️😘

Nannie, sending so much love to you all today. Those Firsts are so hard xxx

Those of us who were lucky enough to meet Glamma in Birmingham enjoyed that so much. I remember Glamma and I being so excited with our melting chocolate puddings in The Ivy

Nannie, your Queen Bee was such a special lady, and I'm grateful to have very happy memories of meeting her in Birmingham. We knew a lot of the same places from when I lived in Bromborough and worked in Liverpool. I remember her saying your Dad had worked at Port Sunlight, and I used to drive that way a lot. I remember going outside the hotel with her when she wanted a ciggie, because I didn't think she should be standing out there on her own. She didn't seem worried, though. She was so excited about us going to the Ivy and you should have seen her and Gem with their melting chocolate puddings, giggling away like kids at Christmas.

It was incredibly kind of you and your OH to chauffeur her to Birmingham. I was going to see her on her train back, but my train time was changed and I had to run for it.

She certainly lived up to her Glammanana name. A beautiful lady inside and out.

Oh Gem, Daisy, my Daughter and I met Glamma off the train in Liverpool after your few days away, she was absolutely thrilled to pieces that she had been to the Ivy and oh those choc puds were sold to us 🤣

Thankfully we now have an Ivy now in Liverpool City Centre, OH and I are going there at the weekend, so I will be having the melting choc pudding for sure, and wil be smiling when throughly enjoying it, today making do with a M&S choc pudding ,

Haha Daisy my Mum was a character never phased her to pop out for her ciggie, reminds me of her Mum , Nanna Fleming, she would pop over to the loval shops to her house 4/5 times a day because they just needed something , to have a cheeky ciggie because my GD thought sje had given up, because he had to quit himself due to health reasons. This little old doll would be stood at the bus shelter in her blue or beige mac, weather permitting but always with a red knitted hat, each time I was on the bus to Glamma and Dad would see her, so many people would comment and say awww bless her w e see her all the time, was like the scene from the Railway Children film, all waving to the old Gentleman 🤣❤️ .
            ,
Oh such happy memories and funtimes. Cheers to Glamma as I have a chocolate pudding for my breakfast xxxx

Nannie, it's absolutely right that you should have a chocolate pudding for breakfast today. Your Mum would approve. xxx
