    The wrong card

Although my OH and I have been together many years, we still write the Christmas cards to the people we have always written them to, from both of us.
So we each have our own list.

The other day I came home from aquafit with a card from one of my aqua friends. She was actually OH's golf friend first, so on her list.

'Oh yes I forgot to give you S's card' said OH.
This friend shares my OH's first name.

OH then said ' I found a card for S which I must have written last year'.
'That's odd ' I said, 'did you open it and check what it said inside?'
'Well no ' she said ' It was sealed and anyway it was my writing '.

This all struck me as being odd so I asked if she had seen the card to her from me in the card box.

To cut a long confusing story short, she was intending to give our friend her own card from me
It is now rescued and on the mantelpiece.
Our handwriting is quite dissimilar btw

A bit of confusion there Gem.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Gem, I though I could create confusion over cards, but that takes some beating.
