    I didn't expect that!

First thing this morning I took Eva by car to where I wanted to walk. We had a lovely walk - about 2 hours - but when I got back to the car park there were three ponies standing by my car. I put Eva in the back and went round to encourage them to move away so I could get in as well.

The side , including the window, and part of the front of my car were covered in streaky marks. Now I know my car is dirty and covered in Sarah sand, but I didn't think it was bad enough for the ponies to think it was a salt lick!

    They didn't even look guilty!

Oma, the trouble is the ponies hang around car in car parks because people who don't understand that they are wild animals feed them, and then they get pushy with other people. . This little group was very docile and just moved far enough away for me to get in the car.

We have a family of swans on one of our regular walks. Whilst most of us admire from a distance, OH said there was a lady feeding them with something or other and stroking them ! Obviously the cygnets are nearly as big as the parents so maybe it’s ok. I jolly well wouldn’t!
How lovely of the ponies to clean your car for you. You could set them up as a novelty car cleaning tourist attraction and charge vast amounts of money Daisy. 😉

Grauntie, as they say there's no fix for stupid! That lady could easily find herself with serious injuries if the swans get annoyed with her. Unfortunately the horse licks just smeared the dirt around the car, otherwise that would be a brilliant idea, and I think the owners of the ponies would want paying for the use of their livestock! .
