March is a lovely start of Spring month that can be very cold isn't it?!

The clocks change later this month so we can look forward to lighter evenings.

No family birthdays, but a couple of friends.
    Plus Mother's Day of course.

The start of March always feels as though we've turned a corner after winter. Longer days, spring bulbs in flower everywhere, trees starting to blossom - I always think of it as the start of the gardening year. Hopefully the cold spell will soon be over as well.

Only 3 birthdays this month - my DS1's FIL today, and DIL1's at the week-end. OH's eldest sister's is the 18th, and I think that's it. I've got a feeling I've forgotten someone, so if so I hope I remember in time to send them a card.

I do hope the new month will bring a change in this dismal weather. We have two birthdays this month. DD is on Sunday, I haven’t heard if they are doing anything and GGS on 26th, I have been invited to his birthday party.
