    Update

Gosh it is such a long time since I have been in this space. What a horrible couple of years everyone has had to deal with, and I think we all have had to try out news things. Meetings via Zoom, taking up new hobbies etc. So the twins are now 9, my youngest GD is 4, and my eldest GD 22! Our eldest is arriving tomorrow for an early Christmas, as she is working over Christmas, so the tree is up and the dec ready. So unlike me as I usual wait to the bitter end! As usual the estranged grandparents Tree of Hope is also up and messages are already coming in. It is 14 years since I set up BGSG, and I wish I could say it is quiet, but sadly it isn't and have been contacted to date by over 8,000 grandparents. We have two new patrons Erin Pizzey and Jasvinder Sanghera, both are so supportive and have attended our zoom support group meetings regularly. I look forward to catching up with everyone and shall spend time reading the forum. Hope you wont test me at the end though!! Lots of love to you all.

Oh Hello Jane it’s so lovely to hear from you
where have the years gone the twins 9 can’t believe it

I noticed the Grandmothers wish tree on FB ,
Did you imagine when you started all this all those years ago how many grandparents would be involved ,

Plus GD would turn up out of the blue like that 😁❤️

Jane - I read the bit about the twins being 9 twice - How the time as flown! So sad that the Tree of Hope is still so badly needed, but it's important to have hope, and that is a lovely focus for people's thoughts and messages.

I only know Jane's boys must be that age as my GS1 is 9.
When I found out DD1 was expecting a boy I was less than enthusiastic and I do remember Jane saying boys were great
I was very surprised that the 'baby' is four though!
