That looks delicious. I think you can get bread flour specifically for sourdough. Lakeland may have it, but don't know about the supermarkets.

DD and I spent the afternoon making HotX buns at a beautiful farm restaurant deep in the Bucks countryside!
They look a bit wonky but taste amazing! We came home with enough of our own dough to make some more!
