    Temperature Blanket

Plant asked me what a temperature blanket is. This is one I am making for DGD, the photo was taken in the summer so it’s bigger now. Basically, you work a row a day for a year according to the temperature. You allocate a range of colours for the temperature and use accordingly. I chose 3 different tones of each shade, green, blue and pink and the temperature range I used was 3 degrees eg 0-1, 2-4, 5-7 etc. Blues are cold, green warmer and pink the hottest. I started on January 1st and the last row will be for December 31st. Then I will do a border and it will be GDs birthday present in February.

Enfys - how lovely. That's such a brilliant idea, and no two would be the same. I'm sure your DG will keep it forever. It's a heirloom of the future.
