Wow Oma, you're so clever. I bet you miss making them. Love the two little babies sucking their dummies. What a talent.🌟🌟

That is fantastic Nana, I would love it. You are a very talented lady, did you teach Art?

Plant, do you mean my work or Oma's? Sometimes it's hard to remember whose said what on here.(No offence).

Thank you if you are referring to mine. I didn't teach art as such but volunteered at MIND for a while to lead art sessions & another time led art sessions for Special Need Adults. I got my art degree later in life & it's often been my saviour.

My girls went to Nursery on a Playbus, (a double decker) & I led the team of parents to paint it. I've done lots of voluntary work for church/school back in the day. It's been an important part of my life really.

Nana - every time I look at a community art project I say a little 'thank you' to the talented and selfless people who have worked to create it. I think it enriches all our lives, and I'm sure lots of people feel the same. It's important to those who enjoy it as well as those who created it.

I think you are both very clever, shame that Oma can't use her skills now. The painted bus sounds wonderful.

Just seen your photos too OMA, they are fantastic.

It was love, yes. Late on in life too. It was a Fine Art degree. Not boasting, (well just a little) but I got a distinction too. Absolutely loved it.

Brilliant, I'm proud for you. I marvel at anyone who takes learning up late on. My brain switched off years ago. I think I was 35 when I last had to concentrate on anything in detail.
