                Wee Grany - that's beautiful. I love the colour, and I thought I hope the baby grows into it in time for that festive season it's too early to mention! Those ladybird buttons are so cute, and are all facing the same way. I'm sure the new mum will be delighted with it.

                  Thank you ladies! I've been knitting for ever. My Granny used to knit, mostly socks, and I learnt from her. My knitting used to be so tight you could hardly get it off the needles! It's something I've always enjoyed doing though and I feel lost without something on the go!

                      WeeGranny - my MIL always had either knitting or crochet on the go. She felt she was wasting her time if she just sat down! Like you, she produced some beautiful things.

                      How did you manage to change your style of knitting - the tension on the jacket looks perfect to me.
