    First GCSE!

GD took one GCSE this year, ahead of her official year next year. I think this is something they can do at her school.

She did very well, getting a 7 which DD tells us is equivalent to an A.
    Proud and happy for her

Congratulations to your GD, Gem. I think quite a few schools do this, and if it goes well (as GD's undoubtedly has) it's great for their confidence for Year 11.

I'm sure she will do well next year with all the other subjects. xxx

Big year for our girls next year Daisy

And Qwertys and one of Libra's. I remember all four little girls starting school at the same time!

Gem, yes, it certainly is a big year for the girls. I wonder how the other girls are getting on.

Yes I wonder too. It's a shame when members don't keep in touch.

I see on FB that Libra's two oldest GDs are doing well.

I agree. I'd love them to keep in touch.

Our GS did extremely well considering his major health hiccups. He comfortably got the required result to take up his engineering apprenticeship which he starts in September. We are all very proud of him.

Grauntie, many congratulations to your GS. He must have worked very hard to overcome health problems and still do so well. Good luck to him on his engineering apprenticeship. xx
