    The Tricky Words Truck

I think it's an achievement just to say "the Tricky Words Truck", but apparently it is where GD2's teacher puts those words that are likely to puzzle young readers.

GD2, who's 5, got a Sparkly Star Fish today for reading them all very quickly. She was over the moon, and of course got lots of praise from her proud Grandma!

Well done little one. Becoming a confident reader is one of the best skills one can have.

Sunshine, when I think how many hours of pleasure I've had from reading it makes me very happy to see the GCs confident readers for whatever purpose they read. In one case it's things like technical manuals, but it's all reading.
