    Yearly mùd run

Dd2 yearly muddy mayhem is here well tomorrow that is we will be duck tapeing her trainer's & her gloves so she doesn't lose them or herself in the mud her friend is doing it as well this year so duck tapeing her as well one of the obstacles is to cross the river by hanging upside down on a rope another one is jumping in a bin full of ice water after doing a fire run they both say its going to be fun when dd2 did it last year she was covered in mud & after going through a skip with goodness knows what in she didn't smell of roses on the way home needless to say clothing & trainers were binned not my idea of fun but goods fun to watch dd2 said mud is good for the skin I said I think there is a easier way of doing it

granm2aj - Good for DD2 and her friend. I'm sure they'll have lots of fun, although I should think the best bit would be a hot shower followed by a relaxing soak in a bubbly bath. Good luck to both of them.

Fantastic fun. Good luck to both of them. Tape those trainers & gloves on tight.

Gm2aj, two of my daughters have done this a couple of times. This year I sponsored my mum's next door neighbour.
Wishing your DD and friend lots of luck, and a lovely shower afterwards!
