    Grandson has royal wedding fever!

My 5 year old grandson is very caught up with the wedding of Prince Harry and Megan Markle.
They are having a royal wedding picnic at school on Friday . He is very excited.

Yesterday when we were at their house, he was in the kitchen with his mum and OH and I were watching the news in the living room. He kept asking me if either of the couple were on the screen , and I kept reassuring him that they were not and I would let him know if they were. He then shouted through that he wanted to be told if 'anyone royal' came on as he 'loves the royal family'!!
My mum, an ardent royalist, will be thrilled

That’s so cute Gem.You should start a little notebook of all his little sayings with dates and ages to embarrass him when he’s older.

That’s so sweet, Gem. It’s lovely when young children take an interest in things or events be6ond their own little worlds.
