    So Typical!

My GD1 and 2 (sisters) have very different personalities which has been obvious from babyhood.

On Saturday they went to a birthday party together - the theme was superheroes. They had their superhero cloaks and Mummy made masks, and they posed for photos. GD1 was 'in character' - a hero to despatch all the baddies and conquer the world. GD2 was having fun. This is uncannily like their Dad's youngest cousins. The older one always doing the 'right' thing, the younger one just being 'out there'!

Aww Daisy what lovely little girls...sorry Super Heroes. It's funny how siblings can be total opposites. I hope they enjoyed their party.

      They are so cute Daisy

It is often the case, isn't it that older sibling is more law abiding and hard working and the next one enjoys life more .
Certainly true of my DD1 and 2.
GD is so law abiding and hard working, no way can GS2 be like her, and we already know he isn't

They did enjoy the party - is was a little boy round the corner from them, 6 months younger than GD1 (but now in different schools because GD1 is in Junior school) and he has a little sister just a year or so younger than GD2. It was the first party they had both been invited to, and only the 2nd 'proper' party GD2 had been to. They had a whale of a time - bouncey castles, soft play, football, party games - the lot!

Gem - I sometimes think that GD1 takes life too seriously. She is like your GD - always works hard, law abiding, and wants perfection from herself and everyone else too.

WG - GD2 is always ready for a giggle. She's funny, confident and definitely has a mind of her own. She gets into trouble a lot for not listening though, and not listening left her ankle-deep in mud yesterday. The family were out walking Cooper and her dad told her to look where she was going. She totally ignored him and was upset when she landed in deep, cold, wet mud wearing only trainers! When I hear tales like this about GD2 (that's nearly every day) I can't resist reminding DS2 about Karma - he was just the same at that age!

I love the photos Daisy, especially the poses. Iā€™m sure Gd1 WILL save the world, but we will always need a comedian too. šŸ˜

Apparently their superhero status has suffered today. The weather was too bed for them to go out and they're both in need of some outdoor activity to burn up some energy - and Cooper the puppy is even worse!
