My eldest granddaughter is Cinderella mad she was 7 in July, so she wrote a letter to Cinderella and asked mum to post it, awkward, she was telling a colleague at work who offered to write back to her as Cinderella which I thought was lovely. My Dd bought a little Perspex shoe from e bay and put it in the envelope and posted it she should receive it today I have put copies of the letters on my media brought a tear to my eye I can tell you !

How sweet. I'd love to see her face when she receives the letter from Cinderella.
How kind of her Mum's colleague to write back - and in such pretty 'Princess' writing, too."Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

Oh Qwerty, what a lovely thing I'm sure GD will love it!
Childhood is so fleeting these days, I think it is important to encourage anything like this. My GD is about 9 months older than yours, and although still a little girl in many ways, she is gravitating more to music and bands instead of Disney heroines“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Oh, what a lovely picture Gem. I hadn't realised until you mentioned your GD, that my GD1 is less interested in Disney princesses than she was - and she is only just 7. What she is interested in is writing stories about princesses who do daring things and fight dragons etc!
