    Grandma's daughter

Last week we went on a seaside day with our GC, friends and their GC. We were on the way up the hill (Named Heart Attack Hill by myself and friend P, we dread it!) It is the hill from the beach to the fish and chip restaurant though, so it has it's rewards.
GS2 was walking ahead of me, with my friend C. This is GS's first outing with this group. I heard him telling C (who I went to school with) that he lives with Grandma's daughter - Mummy!

Gem - that's so sweet and clever of him to describe who he was in relation to you in that way.

I bet the walk back from the fish and chip restaurant was great though - downhill and fuelled by F and Cs.

It did make me smile Oma
He has only recently got his head around the whole grandparents being parents of parents thing, so obviously thought he should explain it all to C!

Daisy its flat all the way after the cafe
We climb down from the car park to beach, up from beach to cafe, but flat along to the play park and ice creams, and finally car park. The fish and chips taste better as we know there are no more climbs!

You had definitely earned those fish and chips, though, Gem!

Well Gem, we know who is related to now. Bless him.
