    Who likes me?

When we were having our New Year meal, 4 year old grandson was asking questions such as 'Who likes sprouts?', Who likes chocolate' etc. He suddenly piped up with 'Who likes me?'! We all of course raised our hands. Then he smiled and said 'I like me!' We were all very amused by this, but agreed with him that he was right to like himself.

Oh for the confidence of a loved 4 year old

Oh to be that young ,
To be so loved and told he is loved and liked will give him so much confidence in the future .

So true, Oma. Every child should be a cherished child.

Gem, what a lovely thing for GS2 to ask. What a sweetheart he is. Xx

We, adults and 11 year old, were all amusing ourselves by imaging any scenario where we could get away with such a question. Certainly a conversation stopper I imagine
