    Excuse me Miss!

    Today GS1's teacher told DD, with some amusement, what happened in class today.


    They are doing assessments with the kids at school this week and the teacher was giving out the question sheets and realised she was 3 short so she asked the teaching assistant to make a few copies when GS’s voice rang out across the room saying “excuse me Miss but that is ILLEGAL!!” He then drew their attention to the copyright statement at the bottom and urged them not to break it


    She explained that it was ok within the school, but she couldn’t share it with another school and he accepted that.

    This does not surprise me at all!!

    Gem - and if at 7 (?) he's got a handle on copyright law, which is fiendishly complicated, he must have a very bright future ahead of him. Well done young man. xx

          He certainly has got the law sorted out. His teacher will certainly need to watch her step

            DD and I were saying last night that from an early age he has reminded us about the speed limits as we drive along. '40 here Grandma' and so on.
            Neither of us exceed the speed limits, be he feels the need to keep us in check

                I wasn't sure, Gem! As Nanto says - he would make a good lawyer - and he'll be a safe and careful driver.
