Well done to my granddaughter (A little boast!)

In the last fortnight my 8 year old granddaughter has had Gold Card, Writer of the Week, Silver Award, Y3 story prize, Golden Table and a fantastic parents’ evening at school, as well as a merit in her tap exam.
After starting the year desperate to hide to not risk getting any praise she’s really gained confidence and is flying along.

She has always done well at everything, so I don't really know why she went into Year 3 feeling less confident and a bit overawed. I'm glad she seems to have come through it now though
