    He's passed!

Not quite national news which is full of youngsters getting 5A* 'A' Levels, etc, but my GS1, who is just 14 has passed "Functional Skills - Information & Communications Tech Level 1". The result slip was waiting for him when he got home from our house today, and he's over the moon!

Sometimes, those first small steps are more exciting than whatever follows. Well done, GS1 - I'm really delighted for you. x

Well done to your DGS a good job done by him and as you say a really good boost to his confidence my 2 DSs always struggled to get through exams but DD always sailed straight through and came out top of class most times without any revision whilst the boys crammed for nights on end.Well done to your boy.xxx

It's quite scary that when he goes back to school in September he'll be starting his GCSE course!
