Well those 3 weeks went fast didn't they ?? I go back to work this morning after taking all the days owing to me before end of financial year,so much for the decorating I was going to do I never even got to the store to choose the paper but I have got my wardrobe all in order and restocked on dresses ( bought 6 new ones) and some cute shoes all for the wedding so just need to buy new suitcase,this morning I am starting back with a meeting with another new area manager (3rd in 18mths) so lets see what her take on management is,they all have their own ideas don't they.I will be busy the next few days so don't think I have got lost. lol.xxx glamma

Well all went OK the new manager has loads of new ideas (thinking I have heard them all before) but I nodded in the right place and said yes & no at the right time so I think I passed inspection she agrees with me that my shop has been somewhat forgotten about because we trade from a rather poor area in the general scheme of things but she can see how important the presence of the shop is to the local community as a directional point to families who are having difficulties,so all in all not a bad meeting and by the way we had a nice lunch put on thanks to head office funding. xx
