    Hi ladies Brian here

HI all you lovely and slightly mad ladies, I would just like to thank you all for your very generous donations sponsoring me to do the Zip line which I completed last Thursday as Jean stood at the bottom of the zip line insurance policy in hand ( she was so disappointed ).
I would also like to thank you for all of the support you have given to Jean and been such good friends too. It has been a very tough time for both of us dealing with the Cancer and everything else we have been through the last 3 years, and I have no doubt you have helped Jean through it and stopped her cracking up,to be honest she is mad enough ha ha.
She is my rock and don't think I could have gotten through this without her driving me on to fight this terrible disease. In some way it is harder for her to deal with as Al the support is geared around me, but is reassuring to know she has all of you lovely people to help her and chat . I Love this woman to bits and love you all too. Thank you. Brian xxxxxxx

That was a lovely post Brian. More than happy to donate to such a worthwhile cause. No-one deserves our support more than yourself and Oma, and I have no doubt what so ever that Oma would support us ,should we ever be in a similar situation.
Now, all we ask is that you get well as quickly as possible.XXX
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Well B***er! I didn't even know you were doing this thing for charity Brain. (😊) how did that pass me by? I just thought you were a crazy man. Do you have a 'just giving' page or am I too late?

Brian - you and Jean are a class act - both bonkers, both lovely and both strong. Your fighting spirit will get you through this round of treatment and you can be sure we will all be willing you through it at every stage.

The zip wire was amazing - I didn't realise just how fast it went - beats a Ferrari any day! When you do another one - with Jean - we'll all have to come and cheer you on in person. xxx

Well, first of all Brian I am going to have to take issue with you about us being slightly mad . I can't see it myself, we all seem pretty normal from where I stand

Brian it is the easiest thing being a friend to Oma, she is a lovely, warm, caring, thoughtful lady. I know that with her by your side you will fight this horrible disease . As you say she is your rock but I'm sure she gets a lot of her strength from you, you continue to fight on and it's obvious she is so very proud of you.
Keep up the good work Brian, continue to get stronger every day .
Although we are not there in person to support you , you can be sure of receiving many, many virtual hugs via this forum. Xx
Bring me sunshine in your smile.
