    So proud.

GS1 finds his school work difficult & really struggles. He is being tested for various things, hearing test included. Today he got the prize for best learner (in his class) of the week. Given to him in school assembly. So very proud of him as this is a milestone for him. Well done little fella.🌟

Nana - that brought a lump to my throat. You must be so proud of him, and it's extra special knowing that that award is for trying really really hard and never giving up on himself. xx

Thanks ladies I'll pass on your messages.

It goes to show that when a classroom assistant wrote his story for him, (as an experiment) there were four A4 sides of paper used. He can manage four sentences in the same amount of time when he writes himself. His teacher said his imagination is astounding. This was at the start of this school year.

He went for a hearing test today & that was fine. Looking more like dyslexia, but we'll have to wait & see. I feel so proud of him as it's always been an uphill struggle for him.

Nana - my GS2 is dyslexic and he uses a computer in class. Since he started doing that his output of written work has sky rocketed. I hope they find some answers for your GS and ways of supporting him, too.

Thanks Daisy. I didn't know about your GS2. How old is he & how long was it before he was diagnosed? Maybe you could tell me a little bit about it as it makes me fret for him, as he takes it all to heart. He's such a tryer, bless him. I think he lacks the right support in class. I'll pass the computer tip on to DD1 now you've said. Thanks again.😊
