    Amazing Day!

What an amazing day with the grandsons! We went to Mottisfont Abbey near Romsey in Hampshire. We climbed trees, rolled down a hill, had a hunt for pirate treasure, got our wellies stuck in the mud and grew some dragon eggs near the perilous pond!! I just had to join the NT after such a fab day!!

A wonderful Spring day to have fun with the GK's ..... These days stay in our memories.

Mottisfont Abbey has amazing rose gardens, lovely place to visit. Sounds like you had an amazing day. I have been a NT member for such a long time, we have quite a few houses to visit nearby.

Ragdoll - what a lovely day out. Monttisfont Abbey is quite near us and I really must go more often. I don't know why I've never thought of taking any of the GCs there. Good idea for the next school holidays.

The NT used to be mostly about wonderful Houses and amazing Gardens. Now, there is so much for children to do.....I love their 50 Things to Do Before 11 and three quarters! The outdoor areas are so imaginative and such creative spaces and it is all about getting dirty too!!!!! Wonderful!!

Wow Ragdoll you must either be a young Mamar or a fit 'older' one. What a great day for you all.
