Any idea

Have any of you ladies any idea where I can get either Dreft /Lux or Grannies soap flakes .
I used to be able to get the Grannies flakes in Home Bargains but I have been everywhere and can't find any now .
I like it to wash my leather sofas . Last night I used Grated baby soap and it works fine but I prefer the flakes , so if anyone has any ideas where to look please let me know

Thought it came up on Amazon but was marked currently unavailable! Waitrose came up as a stockist but also says not available. Hopefully it is a temporary manufacturing problem. I've heard baby wipes are good for cleaning leather furniture.

I don't know if you can get Woolite but would that do the same job? And it says it won't cause facing or shrinking. Available on Amazon.

If I'd known you could put them in the washing machine I might have given mine a clean! Hanging it on the line might have proved tricky though!

What about a gentle laundry soap in liquid form, if all else fails?

we have only every used a leather spray thing, OH has made his own concoction up, not sure what it is but put it in his own spray bottle it works, he looks good with his spray and cloth in his hand, keeps him out of mischief, never used the flakes, what are they like a soap powder........

Yes Pearl they used to be used to hand wash woolens or baby clothes it's pure soap flakes
