my lot have always had reins, Plant I remember that well with one of my GC, ended up taking there buggy everywhere and they were "threatened" if they left my side or wouldn't hold my hand they were straight in buggy, my middle DD was a nightmare, I remember once in the shop having her in reigns, was paying for something and had the reigns in my hand looked down and she had took her coat off it was on the floor and she was away, I had put the reiins on top of her coat sleeve, it wasn't the harness ones, but she was an absolute nightmare, I still shudder about it now....
