NannieN, how lovely, another little Princess in your family. I hope mum is keeping well, and everything goes smoothly with her pregnancy. I bet you can't wait until baby arrives in October. xx"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

Clover, I often think about that, but both my DILs chose not to learn the sex of their unborn babies, and they both said it was such a lovely surprise when the baby was finally born.
Yes, we chose a couple of both boy and girl names, just in case."Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

Oma, no I can't imagine using X-rays on pregnant women now. I remember my Mum saying she was given an x-ray when she was pregnant with me, as her first baby was born with spina bifida and they didn't know until the delivery was well under way. She never said, but I think the birth must have been horrendous and I was delivered by Caesarian - not often used in the War.
Nannie N', 4D scans are truly incredible. So much detail. I bet the mums and dads-to-be feel they've already met their babies just by looking at the scans. So amazing. I bet you can't wait to get shopping in the pink aisles again. xx"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "
