NannieN, how lovely, another little Princess in your family. I hope mum is keeping well, and everything goes smoothly with her pregnancy. I bet you can't wait until baby arrives in October. xx

A girl, how lovely.πŸŽ€ and a pretty name.

Isn’t it amazing how in β€œmy day” we had no clue as to the sex of the baby let alone deciding on a name,(though we probably had a shortlist for either)

Clover, I often think about that, but both my DILs chose not to learn the sex of their unborn babies, and they both said it was such a lovely surprise when the baby was finally born.

Yes, we chose a couple of both boy and girl names, just in case.

Daosy, Clover, It is so amazing how they can tell the gender of the little one these days, even the sonographer said tech has moved so far forward since she trained ten years ago. Super excited to be buying pink again. πŸ€— X

                    It's the 4D scans that I find amazing ,
To be able to see all the features before it's even born ,
The best we had was when I was expecting my DD I got a x-ray to see if it was twins ,
Can you imagine using a x-ray these days 😱

Oma, no I can't imagine using X-rays on pregnant women now. I remember my Mum saying she was given an x-ray when she was pregnant with me, as her first baby was born with spina bifida and they didn't know until the delivery was well under way. She never said, but I think the birth must have been horrendous and I was delivered by Caesarian - not often used in the War.

Nannie N', 4D scans are truly incredible. So much detail. I bet the mums and dads-to-be feel they've already met their babies just by looking at the scans. So amazing. I bet you can't wait to get shopping in the pink aisles again. xx
