Granddaughter will be cold tomorrow morning!

Tomorrow morning my 9 year old granddaughter's karate club will be on the beach!
This something her dad has done before (in Winter) a few times but this is her first time.
They will be setting off from home at 5 am, on the beach at 6am. Dad will be going too.
Rather them than me.
As GD told me they get bought a good breakfast afterwards. She plans to go to bed when she gets home! She is much more like teenager than 9 year old in her loving to sleep in on a morning when she can. Saturday is ballet at 9am, so Sunday is her normal lie in.

I told GD I would think of her as I was turning over in my nice warm bed
