    One meal!

    Imagine you had to eat the same breakfast , lunch, and dinner/tea every day, for ever.

    What would you choose for each meal?

    I am going to think about my answer carefully and come back to it!

    Breakfast would be Toast and honey

    Lunch would be Fried Bacon in a Bagel

    Tea difficult but I think..... Chicken and Savoury rice
    Im not fat just 6ft too small

      Breakfast. Cereal and toast.
      Lunch. Roast beef dinner.
      Tea. Roast ham sandwich.
      Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

        Breakfast - muesli and yoghurt ( or could I trade it in for a pudding after lunch or dinner - I'm not keen on breakfast!)

        Lunch - Cheese and tomato sandwich

        Dinner - Salmon with new potatoes and lots of vegetables, with hollandaise sauce

          Breakfast...Toast and a cup of tea

          Lunch ... Roast chicken with all the trimmings

          Tea .. Scone with jam

            It's not easy is it! I'm glad we don't really have to do it.

            BREAKFAST;
            Toast, butter and marmalade, and a banana.
            LUNCH:
            Salmon pasta salad, with some crusty bread.
            DINNER:
            Roast chicken, cheddar mash, gravy and lots of veg.

              Nutty cereal and fruit

              Homemade soup and a roll

              Poached salmon, new pots and lots of veg.
              What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

                Breakfast - Two poached eggs and wholemeal toast
                Lunch - Spag Bol and grated cheese.
                Tea - Steak mushrooms and salad.
                All the above will also help in my weight loss programme.(she hopes) xx
