Well the week can not get any worse can it,I was at my PC last night which I have on the breakfast bar in my kitchen and was perched on the bar chair,I was to lazy to get up and open
the fridge door which is right next to the breakfast bar and leaned over to take out fruit juice carton,the steel base of the chair slipped and down I went onto the floor with the chair landing on top of me and I was wedged between the breakfast bar and the cooker housing !!! ouch bruised back and aching knee and really pannicky hubby telling me to get up,he couldn't understand that I couldn't move until I got myself together again after about 10mins I was standing up making sure everything was moving in the right way and can report no broken bones just a nice big bruise on my back and very sore ego.
